Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Nomad Studio to its clients unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By engaging the services of Nomad Studio, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
Nomad Studio provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website design
- Website development
- Website maintenance
- Branding and digital design services
The exact scope of services is defined in the respective proposal, agreement, or project description.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary content, materials, and information required for the project in a timely manner.
Nomad Studio shall not be responsible for delays caused by missing or delayed client materials.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
Nomad Studio reserves the right to suspend services if payments are overdue.
5. Revisions
Project proposals may include a specified number of revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the delivered work for the agreed purpose.
Nomad Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
7. Third-Party Services
Nomad Studio may recommend or integrate third-party services such as hosting providers, plugins, or external software.
Nomad Studio is not responsible for the performance, availability, or changes made by these third-party services.
8. Liability
Nomad Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Website Maintenance and Updates
Unless a maintenance agreement is in place, the client is responsible for maintaining and updating their website after delivery.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
12. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
